Robot Abuse is a brand operated by Artist Arrow LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Robot Abuse services, including the website, inquiries, proposals, payment pages, subscriptions, and related communications.
By using Robot Abuse or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Site
The Site provides information about Robot Abuse services and allows inquiries and payments.
You may not use the Site to violate any law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content.
Robot Abuse may update or remove content, pricing, or features at any time.
Services and Scope
Robot Abuse provides digital services including website design, setup, and related support.
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing may be defined in proposals, invoices, payment pages, or written communications. Where there is a conflict, the more specific agreement controls.
All timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely content, and necessary approvals.
Robot Abuse is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, third-party platforms, or expired access.
Clients are responsible for maintaining domain registration and required third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Delivery or launch may be withheld until full payment is received. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
By submitting payment, you authorize one-time or recurring charges. Payment processing is subject to the provider's terms.
Subscriptions
Subscription services renew automatically until canceled. A valid payment method is required.
Failed payments may result in suspension. Cancellation stops future billing only.
Robot Abuse is not obligated to retain hosted content after cancellation.
Revisions and Approvals
Projects proceed based on Client approvals. Additional changes after approval may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.
Refunds and Disputes
You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, less payment processing costs. After 48 hours, the setup fee is non-refundable, as our work is substantially front-loaded.
Clients agree to contact Robot Abuse before initiating chargebacks. Services may be suspended during disputes.
Intellectual Property
Robot Abuse retains ownership of its internal methods and systems. Clients retain ownership of their content.
Final deliverables are provided upon full payment. Robot Abuse may display non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.
Third-Party Services
Robot Abuse relies on third-party providers and is not liable for outages or interruptions caused by them.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
Robot Abuse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months preceding a claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. Disputes may be brought in Los Angeles County, California.
